PHOTOS RIGHTS AND POLICY

The cost of a virtual tour is paid as a licensing fee to Gulf Coast Pix, LLC. All virtual tours and associated photos are the intellectual property of Gulf Coast Pix, LLC and remain so even after the property is sold. Reselling these photos is strictly prohibited. However, Gulf Coast Pix, LLC grants the broker all rights, title, and interest, including copyrights and intellectual property rights, in the photographs for the duration of the listing agreement. Gulf Coast Pix, LLC also agrees to provide any additional documentation reasonably required to formalize this assignment.
