It’s no surprise that Virtual Staging catapulted in popularity in the year 2020. But the low cost, the flexibility, and the convenience of it have caused its popularity to continue. As the Frederick News Post aptly pointed out when they interviewed our Founder & CEO, Chris Crummitt: In the digital era of online-everything and 3D walkthrough tours, listing photos have become more important and crucial. Chris Reeder, of Long & Foster Real Estate in Frederick, Maryland, one of the top producing agents in the area and the team lead of Team Reeder, had this to say: “If there’s five open houses, and they can only make it to three, they’re going to go look at the ones that they think look the best. If it’s four walls and an empty room, versus a house that has virtual staging, I think they’re going to go to the virtually staged one.”
